On 22 January 2026, H.E. Mr. Sibusisiwe Mngomezulu held a working meeting with the OACPS Secretary-General H.E. Moussa Saleh Batraki which focused on preparations for the Resource Mobilization Round Table scheduled to take place during the 11th OEACP Summit of Heads of State and Government, to be held in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, from 27 to 29 March 2026.
Discussions addressed the state of progress of the preparations, the overall format of the round table, and the main thematic areas expected to structure the discussions, with the objective of strengthening resource mobilization in support of the Organization’s priorities.
On this occasion, the Secretary-General commended the leading role of the Kingdom of Eswatini in this process, notably through the commitment of His Majesty King Mswati III, Champion for Resource Mobilization, which is helping to reinforce the OEACP’s collective momentum.
